At London Heathrow Airport (LHR), Viking Airport Equipment has supplied a major global ground handling company with an initial order of 160 CD-428 dollies. The feedback from users has been very positive. Ramp operatives and management from LHR were involved in the design process of the bespoke dollies, which made the project exciting for all parties involved. The involvement of ramp staff in the design, manufacturing, and delivery of the dollies has instilled pride in the equipment and its performance.
