System Level 508 – Powered – Turn Tables
Turntables are used when it’s essential for the load, such as a pallet or ULD, to maintain its orientation. They can rotate 90 or 180 degrees and can be powered by electricity. The primary function of a turntable is to receive ULDs and, when needed, rotate them by 90º or 180º before transferring them to adjacent roller decks.
